Cody Lockwood is an unusual contractor. He is fast to respond, arrives on the date he promised and at the time he stated, very professional and extremely polite, and does great work. I needed painting done on the high gable ends of my home and he said he would handle….and that he did, actually doing the painting himself. He replaced my roof and did outstanding work. His crew was outstanding. My roof has 50 squares, 3 dormers, and a chimney….. his crew handled this with ease in 2 days. The quality of work was flawless and cleanup was perfect. Cody and his company are the real deal and I will never hesitate to call him for any remodeling work.
